How to make an appointment
Simply call us on (08) 8178 0978 or 0417 700 878 alternatively you might like to contact us via email
We will aim to book you in for an appointment within 48 hours depending on your preference and appointment availability.
Please provide the receptionist with a brief description of your problem (general area will suffice) this will enable us to book you into the correct location and with the correct equipment.
If you call outside clinic hours please leave a message with your name and contact details and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Referral and Private Health Insurance
The majority of patients are referred to us by their GP, however, this need not be the case as a medical referral is not required to access physiotherapy services.
If you are covered by Private Health Insurance and you wish to claim back part cost of your treatment. Please let us know which insurance company you will be claiming from when you book your appointment. We are able to process claims for most funds on the spot using HICAPS, however please do not hesitate to contact us to find out if your particular fund is covered.
For your initial consultation please arrive a few minutes early as we will need to complete your practice registration.
During the initial consultation we will take a detailed history and examine the problem area. I will explain the most likely causes to the problem and together we will decide what the best treatment options are. You will also receive your first treatment session. The need for and frequency of follow-up consultations will be discussed so ensuring the fastest possible return to your usual activities.
If you have any x-rays or scans that are relevant please bring these along to the appointment. If you are a sports person you may like to bring any appropriate equipment such as shoes, golf clubs, tennis racquet etc. Please bring along / or wear appropriate clothing in order for us to examine the problem area effectively, such as a pair of shorts if examining a knee complaint etc.
